You may get in touch with us for assistance with Christian court marriage registration and documents in Pakistan if the wedding pair both want to be married under the legal protection of the court and practice Christianity.

The Supreme Court has ordered union councils and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to register Christian weddings and issue NADRA Marriage Certificates for Christians, respectively, in accordance with the law, making court marriage for Christian couples easier.
As a result, Christian marriage partners in Pakistan are now allowed to register their union under the protection of the legal system.
Different people are authorized to register marriages in the marriage registers they maintain under Sections 28, 29, 30, and 37 of the Christian Marriages Act, 1872 (the Act). Once each marriage register is completed, the aforementioned people are required to periodically send copies of the information regarding the marriages they have registered to the Registrar General of Births, Deaths, and Marriages under Section 34 of the Act.
This process continued for a long time without any problems, but since union councils were constituted in accordance with the relevant provincial local government regulations, they are now responsible for registering births, deaths, and marriages. Christian weddings were not registered by union councils, although they did record Christian births and deaths. However, after the Supreme Court’s ruling on this matter, Christian weddings are now permitted to be recorded in Pakistan.
